WHO WE ARE
SILOGIS was created in the year 2000 with the purpose
to deliver high level quality B2B IT services.
During the past years SILOGIS has been involved in
challenging projects. We had the opportunity to show its know-how in
providing the right professional people in order to conduct the key
projects.
We did attain those goals successfully according to our clients'
feedback.
SILOGIS is now facing new strategic stage involving
international expansion,
scope diversification and team growth.
In 2006, SILOGIS became BMC Software
Consulting Partner.
Currently our team is composed of a pool of skilled and experienced
engineers.
Our very stable team will integrate new members very soon.
Our keywords: competence, availability,
flexibility, tenacity, continuity and strong client orientation.
We act internationally (e.g. projects were conducted in France,
Benelux, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain).

WHAT ARE OUR LAST AND MORE RECENT ASSIGNMENTS?
For UBS, SILOGIS was involved in a BMC
Software leading project to implement a global IT Service
Management system based on ITSP and ITSM7 BMC Remedy application.
Many integrations and interfaces were developed as following examples:
telephony, web access, local CMDB, distributed servers applications,
PeopleSoft HRi, KM Expert knowledge base.
SILOGIS team made a big part of the functional
specifications, the related technical architecture and development, the
UAT (User Acceptance Tests) support, the go-live migrations and roll-out
assistance.
SILOGIS consultants supported the operations as 3rd
line support.
For GlaxoSmithKline, SILOGIS was
involved in the evolution and the stabilisation of the existing
ticketing system based on the ITIL best practices and the BMC Remedy
technology ARS.
SILOGIS team made the performance tuning, the
functional requirements, the technical architecture and development, the
UAT organisation and support, and the go-live and roll-out assistance.
SILOGIS consultants supported the operations as
3rd line support.
Many interfaces were developed as following examples: PeopleSoft
HRi and SAP.
For Cable&Wireless, SILOGIS
was involved in an international project to implement a global IT
Service Management system based on ARS technology.
SILOGIS team made the GAP analysis, the
functional requirements, the technical architecture and development, the
UAT support, and the go-live and roll-out assistance.
